As a full time mom who is gone 5 days a week until at least 7:00/8:00 PM a night, its hard to get dinners on the table. Most of the time we are grabbing fast food or a quick bite on our way home.
One of my New Years goals was to make more dinners at home, and crock pots seemed like the only solution, except I needed easy.. like 3-5 ingredients easy. So I searched pinterest for the best easy crock pot recipes! Hopefully you can enjoy as well as we hope to do! :)
SHREDDED CHICKEN TACOS!
First up is the 1st crock pot dinner I made! Shredded Chicken Tacos! ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS? stop it! So easy! I added my chicken in frozen, and cooked on high for 3 hours! All I needed was taco seasoning and salsa... This is probably the easiest one of them all!
